Will Reserve Your Tournament Charter
We love
to participate in Tournaments, and will work hard to put you on the
fish. Due to the registration expenses involved in fishing
tournaments, our prices are significantly lower and designed to make
it AFFORDABLE for you to hire us to charter your tournament.
WE CHARGE NO ADDITIONAL "CHARTER FEE" IF YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK US FOR A
TOURNAMENT. Instead, the following rates will apply:
-
$500
deposit is required for fuel, oil, etc. Any monies not spent
for expenses will be returned to you, the angler(s).
-
Tournament Fee must be paid by the angler(s) in advance directly
to the tournament officials. This amount will vary according
to the tournament.
-
Required 15% minimum tip (15% of the deposit plus the tournament
fee) payable to the First Mate upon completion of the trip for
each day fishing in the tournament.
-
The
boat will receive an equal share of any monies won in the
tournament.
-
As
always, Affordable Fishing Charters will provide the bait, rods,
tackle & ice.
In other
words, to charter us for a tournament, the only fees involved are
expenses (fuel, oil, etc.), the tournament fee, the First Mate's tip
and an equal share of any monies won during the tournament.
All trips are based on sea conditions, the weather, and your
safety. Your Captain is highly trained and experienced to make the
safest call available at the time. We reserve the right to delay,
postpone, or cancel any trip as we feel necessary.
"Affordable Fishing Charters" captain, crew, or sponsors are exempt
from any and all claims for loss of time or value of your vacation,
travel expenses, etc; due to any trip cancellation or trip cut
short. We reserve the right to deny service to, or return any person
to port who we feel may disrupt or jeopardize ourselves, others, or
our vessel and equipment. All persons on board a United States
Coast Guard licensed vessel are under the federal authority of a
"Merchant Marine officer", and the Captain's decisions will be
final.
